Girls’ Voices for Climate Resilience
Girls’ Voices for Climate Resilience is a pioneering initiative by Empowerment Pathways Alliance (EPA) that places young girls at the center of climate action and resilience-building.
This project seeks to amplify the voices of girls aged 13–24, empowering them to actively engage with climate change solutions while strengthening their emotional and mental well-being.
Launching Soon
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Girls’ Voices for Climate Resilience in 2026.
The program will kick off with interactive workshops, storytelling sessions, mental health support initiatives, and environmental action campaigns that focus on building resilience from the inside out.
Our Mission
At its core, this project aims to:
- Equip girls with knowledge on climate change, environmental sustainability, and local resilience strategies.
- Strengthen emotional and mental health to ensure girls are better prepared to face the psychological impacts of climate-related challenges.
- Create platforms for girls to lead conversations on climate justice, advocate for community solutions, and inspire collective action.
- Connect girls with mentors, experts, and peer networks across the country.
Why Girls' Voices Matter
Girls, particularly in vulnerable communities, are often on the frontlines of climate impacts yet remain underrepresented in decision-making spaces.
By amplifying their voices and building their resilience, we are investing in more inclusive, sustainable, and emotionally strong futures.
Looking Ahead
Following the launch, we aim to:
- Roll out regional hubs where girls can continuously engage with climate education and mental health resources.
- Host annual forums and climate advocacy events led by youth voices.
- Collaborate with schools, organizations, and local leaders to integrate climate resilience into everyday education and community initiatives.
Together, through Girls' Voices for Climate Resilience, we are not just adapting to climate change-we are creating a generation that will lead it.
